One early morning, I had a dream , wherein I saw a wonderful ganesha ( as in all temples, fully decorated), my uncle standing there shows me another ganesha idol, a very very big one in sitting posture (under a big tree), he says go there & pray for ashu's health, he also tells that there is no one there, you can go & pray peacefully.
I go near Him & He is a very handsome Ganesha, sitting on the ground (no peetam, stage nothing, straight on the ground) He is very very big & unique. I just hug Him & pray for ashu.
I woke up immediately & thanked Ganesh enough for this dream & His dharshan.
When I told this to mohan, he told that he was also seeing elephants in the dream very often nowadays, suddenly I said we will go to Dodda ganapathy temple in N R colony. I had never been to this temple. It is nearly 1 hour drive from our place.
Since channu & ashu were at home, they also accompanied me. You know friends, when we went there, I had a very sweet surprise. the Ganesha there is exactly the same one that I saw in my dream, that very big, very hand some ganesha. sitting on the floor. My God, I felt sooooooooo good. Some how the priest came & gave the prasad to ashu & blessed her too.
Another exciting thing is when I was having the dharshan & praying Him, I was thinking that this is sai's grace, He only guides me & things like that. The priest called Baba........., then loudly sai baba........., i thought why suddelnly he is calling like this, all the 3 of us looked at each other, his assistant's name is sai baba :D :D
our sweet sai blessed us this way.

this ganesha is 18 ft. tall & 16 ft.wide.
Butter alankaram is very famous here. they use 100 kgs. of butter to decorate Him, it seems.
